Capability 02 — Surface

Electro plating

In-house electroplating alongside our PVD line — classic, deep metallic tones built up by immersion in controlled chemical baths. 24K gold, chrome, nickel, brass and copper, in bright, satin and antique characters.

Electroplating is the classic luxury finish — a real layer of precious metal grown onto the surface, prized for its depth and timeless character.

The piece is immersed in a controlled chemical bath where an electric current deposits a fine, even layer of metal — 24K gold, chrome, nickel, brass or copper — onto its surface.

Where PVD gives a hard, modern, titanium-bonded colour, electroplating gives that warm, traditional metallic depth associated with heritage and hospitality interiors. Holding both processes in-house lets us match the right one to your design intent — and keep colour and timeline under our control.

Why specify electroplating

The difference, in detail.

01

Luxury classic look

The warm, traditional metallic depth of real plated gold, brass and copper — the language of heritage interiors.

02

True metal layer

An actual deposited metal finish, not a printed or sprayed colour — with genuine reflective depth.

03

Bright to antique

The same metal can be delivered bright, satin or deliberately aged for a patinated, antique character.

04

Plates many metals

Works across a range of base metals, opening up brass, copper and steel substrates.

05

Fine detail coverage

Follows intricate profiles and ornamentation evenly — ideal for decorative work.

06

In-house control

Run on our own line, so tone and lead time stay coordinated with the rest of your project.

How we control it

Consistency is chemistry — managed, not assumed.

Plating quality lives in bath chemistry, surface preparation and timing. Small variations show, so each variable is controlled and checked.

01

Surface preparation

Thorough cleaning and preparation before immersion — plating only bonds to a properly prepared surface.

02

Controlled baths

Bath chemistry and current are managed to keep colour and thickness consistent across the batch.

03

Single-run colour

Matching pieces are plated together so tone stays uniform across the whole project.

04

Final QC sign-off

Colour, coverage and adhesion are inspected and signed off before any piece is released.
