Powder & 2K Paint

Colour without limits, for scale and structure. Powder coating in unlimited RAL colours for aluminium and steel, and durable 2K polyurethane paint for the large, structural elements that sit beyond the PVD chamber.

When a piece is too large for the chamber or made of aluminium, powder and 2K paint deliver durable colour at any scale.

Powder coating applies a dry powder that's baked in an oven into a tough, even, weather-resistant film — in effectively unlimited RAL colours, ideal for aluminium and mild steel.

2K polyurethane paint is our solution for large and structural elements that exceed the PVD chamber: an automotive-grade, hard-wearing finish in any colour and sheen. Between them, they cover the work PVD can't — without compromising on durability or colour choice.

Why specify powder & 2K

The difference, in detail.

01

Unlimited colour

Effectively any RAL or brand colour, in matte, satin or gloss — total design freedom.

02

Built for scale

2K paint finishes the large and structural elements that don't fit the PVD chamber.

03

Aluminium-friendly

The right finish for aluminium, which PVD can't coat — plus mild steel.

04

Weather resistant

A durable, sealed film well suited to exterior and high-exposure metalwork.

05

Cost-effective

An economical route to large areas of consistent, durable colour.

06

Hard-wearing

Automotive-grade 2K polyurethane stands up to wear, weather and cleaning.

How we control it

Durability is in the preparation.

A paint finish lasts when the metal beneath it is properly prepared and the cure is controlled — both are managed and checked.

01

Surface preparation

Degreasing and blasting/keying so the finish bonds and lasts — the step most others rush.

02

Controlled cure

Powder is baked to the correct schedule; 2K is applied and cured under controlled conditions.

03

Even film build

Coverage and film thickness are managed for a uniform, consistent finish.

04

Final QC sign-off

Colour, sheen and coverage are inspected and signed off before release.
